Making A Donation

1. Donations Are Voluntary
All donations made to Out Reach Asia are entirely voluntary and non-refundable. By completing a donation, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder and that you willingly intend to support our mission.
2. Use of Donations
Unless specified otherwise by the donor, all donations will be used where most needed to further the charitable objectives of Out Reach Asia, including but not limited to:
- Leadership training programs
- Discipleship and Bible education
- Operational support
- Community outreach initiatives
If a donor designates their donation for a specific program (e.g. Nepal Leadership Training), Out Reach Asia will honour the intent wherever possible, while retaining the discretion to use the funds for similar purposes if circumstances require.
3. Tax-Deductible Receipts
Out Reach Asia is a registered non-profit organisation. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive an official receipt for their contribution via email upon completion of the transaction.
4. Payment Methods
We accept secure donations via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment gateways offered on our site. All transactions are processed in your chosen currency where applicable and securely encrypted to protect your information.
5. Recurring Donations
Donors may opt to give a monthly recurring donation. By doing so, you authorise Out Reach Asia to charge the specified amount to your payment method on a recurring basis. You can modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
